- No changes to the date and time of your class are acceptable 12 hours before class - No refund or cancellation possible 24 hours before class - No refund on broken piece of your piece broke in the first firing. - There will only be refund if your piece was damaged in the second (glaze) firing. - Refund or cancellation for special event workshops (like visiting artists) only possible within first week of booking, after 7 days no refund is possible. - If you are late to class for more than 15 minutes you will not be allowed to join the session
